Emily Giles and Shane Callanan are a team based in the West Midlands. We met through a mutual friend and it wasn’t long before we realised we shared the same ambitions and goals in property.

After we attended a Martin Roberts (Homes Under The Hammer) training workshop we realised the depths of the property investment world and jointly decided to invest to the sum of over £26,000 in a property investment education through Asset Academy – the best in the UK!

We believe that investing in ourselves first has given us a solid foundation to grow the property business. Whilst on this advanced training we spent several weeks researching areas in fine detail to assess where the chosen strategies would work the best to keep your investment safe and secure.

This extensive training course is run by some of the best in the business and now allows us to invest in a safe way as well as how to achieve the best returns possible. It has also put us in contact with other professional property investors who were willing to share members of their own team such as solicitors, mortgage brokers, property accountants and builders enabling us to add them to our power team and work with the best!

Emily worked as a Financial Controller and has since started her own Accounting Consultancy company. Shane worked for a refurbishment company for 6 years prior to starting his own Roofing company in 2018. Being an accountant by trade Emily has a love of numbers, spreadsheets and is a very detail focused individual. She takes care to run the numbers on every deal to a high level making sure it fits E&S’s investment criteria. With Shanes experience in property renovations, he is able to view the properties in advance of purchasing them to ensure the budget allocated for the refurbishment will allow the property to be renovated to the required standard depending on the primary exit strategy.
